In n8n, click the "Add workflow" button in the Workflows tab to create a new workflow. Add the starting point – a trigger on when your workflow should run: an app event, a schedule, a webhook call, another workflow, an AI chat, or a manual trigger. You can find Google Sheets and SeaTable in the nodes panel. Drag them onto your workflow canvas, selecting their actions. Click each node, choose a credential, and authenticate to grant n8n access. How it works
Use a Google Sheet as your central contact list.
For each contact in the sheet:
Check if the record already exists in SeaTable (based on email).
If it exists → update the record.
If it doesn’t → insert the new contact.

How to use
Copy the Google Sheet Template Link.
Get the Google Sheet ID (the string between d/ and /edit).
In the workflow, set the Sheet ID in the settings node.
In SeaTable, create or update a base with a Table1 containing these fields:
email
firstname
lastname
company
