Does pretty much what this workflow does but is triggered by a slash command using a Webhook node.

This workflow automatically follows the steps in a custom incident response playbook and manages incidents in PagerDuty, Jira tickets, and notifies the on-call team in Mattermost. This workflow consists of three sub-workflows, each automating specific steps in the playbook. Prerequisites A PagerDuty account and credentials A Mattermost account and credentials A Jira account and credentials Nodes Webhook nodes trigger the workflows when an incident is created in PagerDuty, and when the incidedent is acknowledged and resolved. Mattermost nodes create an auxiliary channel for the on-call team to discuss the incident with buttons to acknowledge the incident and mark it as resolved. PagerDuty nodes update the status of the incident. Jira nodes create an issue about the incident and update its status when it's resolved.

PagerDuty node: This node changes the status of the incident report from 'Triggered' to 'Acknowledged' in PagerDuty. Mattermost node: This node publishes a message in the auxiliary channel saying that the status of the incident report has been changed to Acknowledged.

This workflow is the third of three. PagerDuty node: This node changes the status of the incident report from Acknowledged to Resolved in PagerDuty. Jira Software node: This node moves the incident issue to Done. Mattermost node: This node publishes a message in the auxiliary channel mentioning that the incident has been marked as resolved in PagerDuty and Jira. Mattermost node: This node publishes a message in the specified Incidents channel that the incident has been resolved by the on-call team.

This workflow uses Strapi as a CMS and then cross posts new blog posts to Medium and Dev.to.

This workflow goes through the teachable webhook request types and adds a user, updates him and tags him with #unsubscribe or removes the #unsubscribe tag. It also tags the user with the tag of the name of the course. Enjoy!

This workflow automatically creates an event in PostHog when a request is made to a webhook URL. Prerequisites A PostHog account and credentials Nodes Webhook node triggers the workflow when a URL is accessed. PostHog node creates a new event in PostHog.

This workflow ensures gender inclusive language in Mattermost channels. If someone addresses the group with “guys” or “gals”, a bot promptly replies with: "May I suggest “folks” or “y'all”? We use gender inclusive language here. 😄". Webhook node**: triggers the workflow when a new message is posted in Mattermost. IF node**: verifies if the message includes the words "guys" or "gals". If false, it does not take any action. If true, it triggers the Mattermost node. Mattermost node**: posts the language warning message in the Mattermost channel.

This workflow returns the current weather at a predefined or given city and returns it so that it can be displayed with bash-dash. By default does it return the weather in Berlin if no city got defined. That default can be changed in the "Set City" node. This workflow creates an automatic self-hosted URL shortener. It consists of three sub-workflows: Short URL creation for extracting the provided long URL, generating an ID, and saving the record in the database. It returns a short link as a result. Redirection for extracting the ID value, validating the existence of its correspondent record in the database, and returning a redirection page after updating the visits (click) count. Dashboard for calculating simple statistics about the saved record and displaying them on a dashboard. Prerequisites A local proxy set up that redirects the n8n.ly domain to your n8n instance An Airtable account and credentials Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS Nodes Webhook nodes trigger the sub-workflows on calls to a specified link. IF nodes route the workflows based on specified query parameters. Set nodes set the required values returned by the previous nodes (id, longUrl, and shortUrl). Airtable nodes retrieve records (values) from or append records to the database. Function node calculates statistics on link clicks to be displayed on the dashboard, as well as its design. This workflow allows you to add articles to a Notion reading list by accessing a Discord slash command. Prerequisites A Notion account and credentials, and a reading list similar to this template. A Discord account and credentials, and Discord Slash Command connected to n8n. Nodes Webhook node triggers the workflow whenever the Discord Slash command is issued. IF node checks the type returned by Discord. If the type is not equal to 1, it will return true, otherwise false. HTTP Request node makes an HTTP call to the link and gets the HTML of the webpage. Set nodes set the reply values for Discord and register the Interaction Endpoint URL.

Objective In industry and production sometimes machine data is available in databases. That might be sensor data like temperature or pressure or just binary information. In this sample flow reads machine data and sends an alert to your SIGNL4 team when the machine is down. When the machine is up again the alert in SIGNL4 will get closed automatically. Setup We simulate the machine data using a Notion table. When we un-check the Up box we simulate a machine-down event. In certain intervals n8n checks the database for down items. If such an item has been found an alert is send using SIGNL4 and the item in Notion is updates (in order not to read it again). Status updates from SIGNL4 (acknowledgement, close, annotation, escalation, etc.) are received via webhook and we update the Notion item accordingly. This is how the alert looks like in the SIGNL4 app. The flow can be easily adapted to other database monitoring scenarios.

Moreover the torrent-search-api library and its dependencies have some vulnerability that you may want to avoid on your own media-center, this will hopefully be patched soon in a further release of the library. The instructions to deploy are below: You will need: A plex server with Plex Pass (for webhooks) n8n running locally (either in docker on via the desktop app) Qbittorent with WebUI enabled Begin by installing n8n by visiting n8n.io. You can install the desktop version or the docker version, whichever works best for your but I'm doing this on my desktop version of n8n. Copy the code from this page into your n8n install canvas. You should see the script appear before your eyes. From there, you Double click on the Webhook node at the beginning of the script. Copy both the Test and Production URLs that appear there. Now make your way to Plex and visit your settings. On the left, you should see the webhooks option if you have Plex Pass. This will setup your triggers. Next visit your qBitTorrent instance and enable WebUI. Notate your Username, Password, and Port. You will also need to know the IP of the machine that qbittorent is running on. If you have an iPhone you can connect to the same wireless network as your computer and use the Fing app to scan the network for the IP. This workflow parses content from a website (for this example, Baserow's release page) and creates an RSS feed based on the extracted data. Prerequisites Some familiarity with HTML and CSS selectors Nodes Webhook node triggers the workflow when new content (a new Baserow release) is published on a website. Set nodes set the required URLs and links for the RSS feed. HTTP Request node fetches data from a specified website page. HTML Extract nodes extract the posts and their fields (such as date, title, description, and link) from the website. Item Lists node iterates over each post on the page. Date & Time node converts the date of the post to a different format. Function Item node creates RSS items for each post. Function node creates the response code for the RSS feed. This workflow will take a timer entry from Clockify and submit it to a matching ticket in Syncro. It saves the time entry ID from Clockify and the time entry ID from Syncro into a Google Sheets. Then, it will check if a match already exists from a previous update and will update the same time entry if the description or time is changed in Clockify. There is a Set node with the name and Syncro IDs of technicians. If you have multiple technicians with the same name, this won't work for you. Likewise, if the name in Clockify doesn't exactly match what you put in the Set, it won't work. You also need to setup a webhook in Clockify set to trigger on "Time entry updated (anyone)" and pointed at your workflow. This workflow will take an alert from Syncro, determine if it's an agent_offline_trigger type, then determine if it's a new alert or a close to an existing alert, and then submit it to OpsGenie. New alerts will create a new alert in OpsGenie and resolved alerts will close the alert in OpsGenie. It doesn't require any kind of Google Sheets because OpsGenie allows you to submit a unique ID (known as an alias) along with the alert, which can be referenced later when closing the alert. The trigger type can be changed to suit your needs. You will need to create an API integration in OpsGenie. This workflow sends a OpenAI GPT reply when an email is received from specific email recipients. It then saves the initial email and the GPT response to an automatically generated Google spreadsheet. Subsequent GPT responses will be added to the same spreadsheet. Additionally, when feedback is given for any of the GPT responses, it will be recorded to the spreasheet, which can then be used later to fine-tune the GPT model. It triggers off from two different nodes and have very different functionality from each trigger. A feedback link is also included in the email body which will trigger the On feedback given node. This is used to fine-tune the GPT model. Save the email body and OpenAI response to a Google Sheet. If an IP was given, it sets the ip variable to the IP; however if a URL was given the workflow will perform a DNS lookup using Google Public DNS and sets the ip variable based on the results from Google. The workflow then checks the obtained IP addresses against GreyNoise services, with one branch utilizing GreyNoise RIOT IP Lookup to assess IP reputation and association with known benign services, and the other using GreyNoise IP Context to evaluate potential threats. The results from both GreyNoise services are merged to create a comprehensive analysis which includes the IP, classification (benign, malicious, or unknown), IP location, tags to identify activity or malware, category, and trust level. In parallel, a VirusTotal scan is initiated for the URL/IP to identify if it is malicious. A 5-second wait ensures proper processing, and the workflow subsequently polls the scan result to determine when the analysis is complete. The workflow then summarizes the analysis including the overall security vendor analysis results, blockList analysis, OpenPhish analysis, the URL, and the IP. This n8n workflow is designed to analyze email headers received via a webhook. The workflow splits into two main paths based on the presence of the received and authentication results headers. In the first path, if received headers are present, the workflow extracts IP addresses from these headers and then queries the IP Quality Score API to gather information about the IP addresses, including fraud score, abuse history, organization, and more. Geolocation data is also obtained from the IP-API API. The workflow collects and aggregates this information for each IP address. If it is considered an unknown threat, the workflow proceeds to retrieve the last 10 login records for the same user from a Postgres database. If there are any discrepancies in the login information, indicating a new location or device/browser, the user is informed via email. Intro This workflow needs a user to authenticate by using an openid connect provider in order to call the webhook. If the user is not authenticated, it starts a login process by using an Authorization Code with PKCE https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/rfc7636, a standard way to authenticate users with openid connect. Then, after the user logs in, the webhook is refreshed and gets the user's token from a cookie. With this token, all details about the user are requested through the userinfo endpoint on the identity provider. How to set up with Keycloak Keycloak Keycloak is an open source identity and access management solution. After creating a realm, go to "Realm Settings" and click on "OpenID Endpoint Configuration" Retrieve authorization_endpoint, token_endpoint and userinfo_endpoint values. Use case Slackbots are super powerful. At n8n, we have been using them to get a lot done.. But it can become hard to manage and maintain many different operations that a workflow can do. This is the base workflow we use for our most powerful internal Slackbots. They handle a lot from running e2e tests for Github branch to deleting a user. By splitting the workflow into many subworkflows, we are able to handle each command seperately, making it easier to debug as well as support new usecases. This workflow provides an OAuth 2.0 auth token refresh process for better control. Developers can utilize it as an alternative to n8n's built-in OAuth flow to achieve improved control and visibility. In this template, I've used Pipedrive API, but users can apply it with any app that requires the authorization_code for token access. This resolves the issue of manually refreshing the OAuth 2.0 token when it expires, or when n8n's native OAuth stops working. What you need to replicate this Your database with a pre-existing table for storing authentication tokens and associated information. I'm using Supabase in this example, but you can also employ a self-hosted MySQL. Here's a quick video on setting up the Supabase table. Create a client app for your chosen application that you want to access via the API. After duplicating the template: a. Add credentials to your database and connect the DB nodes in all 3 workflows. Enable/Publish the first workflow, "1. Generate and Save Pipedrive tokens to Database." Open your client app and follow the Pipedrive instructions to authenticate. Click on Install and test. Create a workflow to capture the authorization_code, generate the access_token, and refresh the token, and then save the token to the database. Workflow 2. This n8n workflow demonstrates how to automate oftern time-consuming form filling tasks in the early stages of the tendering process; the Request for Proposal document or "RFP". It does this by utilising a company's knowledgebase to generating question-and-answer pairs using Large Language Models. How it works A buyer's RFP is submitted to the workflow as a digital document that can be parsed. Our first AI agent scans and extracts all questions from the document into list form. The supplier sets up an OpenAI assistant prior loaded with company brand, marketing and technical documents. The workflow loops through each of the buyer's questions and poses these to the OpenAI assistant. The assistant's answers are captured until all questions are satisified and are then exported into a new document for review. A sales team member is then able to use this document to respond quickly to the RFP before their competitors. Replicate Line Items on New Deal in HubSpot Workflow Use Case This workflow solves the problem of manually copying line items from one deal to another in HubSpot, reducing manual work and minimizing errors. What this workflow does Triggers** upon receiving a webhook with deal IDs. Retrieves** the IDs of the won and created deals. Fetches** line items associated with the won deal. Extracts** product SKUs from the retrieved line items. Fetches** product details based on SKUs. Creates** new line items for the created deal and associates them. Sends** a Slack notification with success details. Step up steps Create a HubSpot Deal Workflow 1.1 Set up your trigger (ex: when deal stage = Won) 1.2 Add step : Create Record (deal) 1.3 Add Step : Send webhook. This is an example of how we can build a slack bot in a few easy steps Before you can start, you need to o a few things Create a copy of this workflow Create a slack bot Create a slash command on slack and paste the webhook url to the slack command Note Make sure to configure this webhook using a https:// wrapper and don't use the default http://localhost:5678 as that will not be recognized by your slack webhook. Once the data has been sent to your webhook, the next step will be passing it via an AI Agent to process data based on the queries we pass to our agent. To have some sort of a memory, be sure to set the slack token to the memory node. This way you can refer to other chats from the history. The final message is relayed back to slack as a new message. Since we can not wait longer than 3000 ms for slack response, we will create a new message with reference to the input we passed. We can advance this using the tools or data sources for it to be more custom tailored for your company. Usage To use the slackbot, go to slack and click on your set slash command eg /Bob and send your desired message.
